Your Twitch channel’s email address must be the same as your Reyden-X email address. If they are different, we suggest that you create a new Reyden-X account with the same email as your Twitch channel.
Most stream views on platforms are counted by Twitch statistics. However, we do not give a 100% guarantee that every view will be counted by Twitch. According to our statistics, more than 80% of views are counted by Twitch in the channel counter.
If you joined our affiliate program, viewers will watch Twitch ads, and Twitch will credit you for those views. We suggest disabling the automatic display of ads to new viewers in the channel settings, as Twitch does not display its ads in external player inserts. Instead, viewers will see an informational placeholder for 15 seconds, while they could have spent that time watching your stream. At this time, there is no method that can reliably detect fake advertising on channels. The algorithms of such sites most often just compare the number of authorized and unauthorized viewers on the broadcast, some services also check the list of authorized viewers with the database of bots. These checks do not calculate cheating in principle. We guarantee the absence of bots during promotion from our side. Your stream is shown to different users, who are not necessarily authorized on Twitch at the moment of watching the stream, so there is a high probability that scam checking sites will mistakenly consider that there is scam on your stream.
Shadow bans are issued automatically on Twitch based on users’ complaints about the channel. Therefore, the loyalty of Twitch users to your channel will depend on your actions on the stream and your promotion strategy. If you only use Reyden-X to increase viewers on the counter and set the value of viewers in high numbers, then you should keep in mind that you may be complained about. If you think you got into a shadow ban, check it using the method outlined in our article.
This option is only available on a contract basis to legal entities (more often agencies, streaming studios) that work with multiple streamers or have several of their own Twitch channels. This restriction is caused by the fact that, according to Twitch’s user agreement, the streamer must give his own permission for his content to be embedded on third-party platforms.
